Spyglass App lets anyone report illegal fishing

Illegal fishing and other sea-going crimes are a threat to ocean health and a stable food supply and now there’s an app that let’s anyone report what they see.
It’s called “spyglass” and Linda Aylesworth shows us who’s behind it and how it works.
