U.S. President Donald Trump claimed on Thursday that the Democrats’ “lies will be exposed” in the impeachment inquiry, and said the first two witnesses already damaged the impeachment probe by not answering if Trump should be impeached, who he called “never-Trumpers”. During the first hearing on Wednesday, both Bill Taylor and George Kent said they were not there to make a decision on whether Trump should be impeached, but to present information to help Congress make that decision.
