Kenney says Quebec needs to ‘pick a lane’ on equalization payments, oil industry

Responding to Bloc Quebecois Leader Yves-Francois Blanchet’s comments on the Western Canadian independence movement, Alberta Premier Jason Kenney said the province of Quebec needs to “pick a lane” on whether they want to support the oil and gas industry or keep benefitting from equalization payments.
