U.S. Supreme Court won’t stop lawsuit brought by Sandy Hook families against Remington

The U.S. Supreme Court decided on Tuesday not to take up an appeal by Remington, the manufacturer of the rifle used in the Sandy Hook shooting, to stop a lawsuit brought by the victims’ families.
