State of Emergency: California wildfires force historic evacuations

A state of emergency has been declared in California, as howling winds fuel towing flames that are ripping through the state’s wine country. The conditions have sparked historic evacuations. 180,000 people have been ordered to get out now, as the conditions deteriorate. Jamie Mauracher reports.
