Peterborough Petes goalie Hunter Jones has had a strong start to the season and it could have something to do with his new helmet.
The keeper debuted a new mask during the Petes’ home opener. It has an image of the late Gary Dalliday, longtime sports director/anchor and reporter with CHEX Television.
Ever since wearing it, Jones has won three-straight games and been named the OHL’s “Player of the Week.”
