In an Ipsos poll, done exclusively for Global News, 71 per cent of Canadians say they’ve heard about mostly negative news and social media posts about candidates and party leaders in this federal election campaign. Only 29 per cent say the news and posts they’ve seen have focused on policy options and campaign promises.
