Federal Election 2019: Trudeau says Canada ‘doesn’t need a progressive opposition, we need a progressive government’

Liberal Leader Justin Trudeau said in Newmarket, Ont. on Sunday that Canada “doesn’t need a progressive opposition, we need a progressive government,” and a vote for his party would prevent cuts, adding Conservative Leader Andrew Scheer took a look at Ontario Premier Doug Ford’s cuts “and said, ‘hold my beer.'”
