One person was taken to hospital after a pickup truck struck a hydro pole on Lansdowne Street near Shurburne Street early Saturday. Emergency crews were called to the scene around 1:30 a.m. where they found the vehicle and driver. The cause of the collision remains under investigation by Peterborough police.
