A man in his 50’s has been diagnosed with a vaping related illness, says the Montreal public health department. It seems the man took up vaping in April, to help him quit smoking. And while public health authorities won’t go so far as to say vaping should be banned, they do warn that it comes with certain risks. Global’s Amanda Jelowicki has more.
