Peterborough woman defends accusations of wrongly parking in accessible spot

A Peterborough woman is sharing an experience she had outside Walmart on Lansdowne Street, an experience she wishes never took place.
Saran Barnard parked her car in an accessible spot, her valid blue permit in the windscreen.
But as Dan Nyznik reports, someone took exception and left a nasty note that left her in tears.
