NDP Leader Jagmeet Singh said Friday that Quebec’s controversial Bill 21 was “absolutely wrong” and called it a “very divisive type of bill that tells people because of who they are or what they look like, that they are less than.” He said he supports a challenge against the bill in court and added he wants to use his position running to become prime minister to tell people “that is not how we move forward.”
