Conservative Leader Andrew Scheer announced in Saint John, New Brunswick on Friday that if elected, his government would invest $1.5 billion in his first term to replace ageing MRI machines and C.T. machines, all around increasing the total number of medical equipment machines in Canada’s health care system.
