Conservatives propose new tax cuts

Conservative Leader Andrew Scheer is promising to resurrect two tax credits from the Stephen Harper era aimed at families with young children. As Mike Le Couteur reports, the measures are part of Scheer’s policy theme of putting more money into the hands of families struggling to get ahead.
