Those who work with the homeless say something needs to be done in the Cabot Square area. Last year, the Open Door day shelter relocated to the Plateau. Unfortunately, most of the clients who benefited from the Open Door’s services didn’t follow when the shelter moved and that has lead to problems in the area. Global’s Amanda Jelowicki has more.
