The federal election campaign kicked off Wednesday to a different provincial backdrop than existed four years ago. In 2015, Liberal governments were in charge in most provinces. But since then, there's been a switch -- and it's Conservative leader Andrew Scheer who can expect a helping hand. Eric Sorensen explains how that could play out.
