Canadian Minister of National Defence Harjit Sajjan said on Sept. 10 in Halifax that the Canadian Armed Forces wouldn’t be doing any cost recovery in the wake of hurricane Dorian’s recent hit to Atlantic Canada. He also warned of the impacts of climate change on the country, which includes the hurricane.
