Extensive power outages in Atlantic Canada in the wake of Dorian

Tens of thousands people remained without power across Atlantic Canada on Monday, after the region was slammed by the remnants of Hurricane Dorian. Ross Lord reports from Halifax, where Canadians soldiers joined hydro crews in their efforts to clean up the streets and restore power.
