Hurricane Dorian: Cleanup begins in Halifax but some are complicated processes

The clean up process has begun in Halifax after Hurricane Dorian felled trees and even a crane, but in some cases it may be a complicated process. The province’s power utility called the outages the “worst its ever seen” with 80% without power at the height of the storm. Ross Lord reports.
