Conservative leader Andrew Scheer responded to his position on same-sex marriage on Thursday after the emergence of a 14-year-old video in which he lays forth his opposition to it in parliament, saying that this “issue” has been settled and that as Prime Minister he will continue to uphold the law that includes LGBTQ rights.
