Some campers at Victoria Park have relocated a block away to Emmanuel United Church. Reverend Uhryniw says he will allow people to stay for as long as the church can accommodate them. However they must obey the rules; no drinking, no smoking, and no drugs allowed on the property. City staff also say support workers will be at Salvation Army this week from Tuesday to Friday from 8:45 a.m. 11 a.m. to help connect people with the services they need.
