Indonesia has announced it's re-locating its capital from Jakarta to Borneo Island. President Joko Widodo says the move is to prevent the current capital, which is awash in problems including traffic gridlock and an over-crowded population, from sinking under the sea. But as Eric Sorensen explains, there are environmental concerns over replacing the capital with an island that hosts one of the world's biggest rain forests.
