Suspected terrorist Jack Letts, nicknamed “Jihadi Jack,” has been stripped of his British citizenship. Letts, a dual British-Canadian national, joined ISIS as a teenager and is currently being held in a Kurdish-run jail in northern Syria. As Mike Le Couteur explains, it’s unclear if our government is under any obligation to help him.
