U.S. State Department spokesperson calls China ‘thuggish regime’

Morgan Ortagus, the spokesperson for the U.S. State Department, called China a “thuggish regime” for disclosing the photograph and personal details of a U.S. diplomat who met with leaders of Hong Kong’s pro-democracy movement.
