Mayor says ‘it’s been a tough year’ in wake of deadly mass shooting

Mayor Nan Whaley spoke out about the “grit and resilience” of Dayton, Ohio in the wake of a mass shooting that left at least nine people dead. Whaley said the community “takes care of itself, invests in itself, bets on itself.”
