Mueller says they did not exonerate Trump in report, president declined interview attempts

Former special counsel Robert Mueller confirmed Wednesday that his report did not exonerate President Donald Trump not conclude he did not commit a crime, and that Trump declined any interviews with the Special Counsel’s office.
