Saskatchewan RCMP have laid a first-degree murder charge in relation to the death of an Edmonton woman. The remains of Tiki Brook-Lyn Laverdiere were found in Saskatchewan earlier this month. Her mother is now speaking out. Kendra Slugoski has the details.
