Venezuela’s Juan Guaido met with cheers in Caribbean amid peace talks

Juan Guaido received a warm welcome as he arrived at Venezuela’s Carribean island of Isla de Margarita. The opposition is currently engaged in peace talks with Nicolas Maduro’s government.
