Peterborough’s multicultural festival returns to Del Crary Park Monday for its 15th year. The event, which draws thousands of residents, begins just as the 10 a.m. Canada Day Parade begins downtown. Carol Lawless, from the New Canadians Centre, says the event highlights Peterborough’s diversity.
