Peterborough Dragon Boat Festival celebrates 19 years

The Dragon Boat Festival is taking over Little Lake Saturday, with paddlers, well-wishers and those who have raised money for health care. This year's fundraising goal is $191,000. Festival chair Michelle Thornton says the number is a nod to the number of paddlers in each boat plus one captain.
