Boy with autism in Halifax given a different service dog

Just a few months after his service dog Jacob was abruptly taken away from him, eight-year-old Emery of Halifax is finding healing through his new puppy, Hazel. As Elizabeth McSheffrey reports, Jacob has now been placed as a PTSD service dog with a military veteran, and is being well-cared for.
