A Halifax barbershop is celebrating its first anniversary by giving back to their community. Blue Collar Barbershop spent Wednesday offering half price haircuts to customers. The proceeds will go towards supporting young people in the neighbourhood. As Whitney Middleton-Oickle reports, it’s an example of a business giving back to the community in a big way.
