Island washes up just metres away from homes in Île-Bizard

Residents of Île-Bizard are stunned after an island has washed up just metres away from some waterfront homes on Saturday. As high winds are in the forecast, neighbors want to build a wave barrier that will protect most of the homes. Global’s Phil Carpenter explains.
