With rain in the forecast this week, flood levels are expected to rise in Ontario and Quebec. More than 6,400 homes are flooded in Quebec, and another 3,500 are on the verge of being inundated. Mike Armstrong reports from Pointe-Fortune, a town in the shadow of a huge hydro dam.
