The World Food Programme delivered emergency food and aid to residents of cyclone-ravaged Mozambique on Monday, as rainfall hampered efforts, four days after Cyclone Kenneth pummeled the area. The death toll has risen from five to 38, the country’s disaster management institute said on Monday.
