Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness Ralph Goodale provided a technical briefing on the flood relief efforts in Ontario on Friday, saying flood risks remain significant over the next couple of days and the government of Canada has responded with a deployment of Canadian Armed forces to help with containment and resident evacuations.
