Sri Lanka blames radical Islamist group for deadly attacks

The Sri Lankan government is blaming little-known extremist group National Thowheeth Jama’ath for the series of suicide bombings that’s killed at least 290 people. As Jeff Semple reports, the government also admitted authorities ignored warnings of an imminent attack.
