The mayor of West Kelowna says he feels his city is getting the run-around from BC Hydro. At a meeting last night, the utility told city council A promised backup power line to the area is not going to happen anytime soon. a secondary transmission line was promised several years ago after a wildfire threatened the area's main source of power. Kelly hayes has the latest.
