New vote anywhere practice could lead to delayed call on Alberta election night

Vote anywhere is a new practice unveiled for the 2019 Alberta election, allowing advance voters to go to any polling station in the province to cast their ballots — but out-of-riding votes won’t be counted until Wednesday afternoon.
