Sudan’s military ousts president after 30 year rule

After nearly 30 years in power, Sudan’s President Omar al-Bashir has been ousted and arrested by the military. This follows months of protests in Khartoum against Bashir’s rule, where the army was teetering on whether to support the people or the president.
