Foundry Simcoe residents Chris Brown and Markus Dietz say they felt scammed by their utility company, Wyse Meter Solutions. The company has apologized for any confusion, says it only charges customers for the utilities they use -- with no mark-up -- and that it is lowering administration fees at the property.
