With last year's devastating floods still on the minds of Grand Forks residents, work is now underway to make sure it doesn't happen again. Crews have been busy reinforcing the banks of the Kettle River along one section of the city, but as Kelly Hayes reports, finding homes for those displaced by the floods has been slow going.
