Federal Budget 2019: Conservatives take slow vote in effort to delay delivery of budget

The Conservatives took part in a slow vote on Tuesday in an effort to delay delivery of the federal budget. They alluded to delaying the vote earlier in the day in response to the Liberals’ shut down of the SNC-Lavalin investigation by the justice committee.
