Canada calling for ‘dialogue, de-escalation’ in India-Pakistan conflict: Trudeau

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said on Wednesday that Canada is watching closely to the escalating tensions between India and Pakistan, saying the conflict has potential ramifications for “billions” in the region and that Foreign Minister Chrystia Freeland was engaged in talks with world leaders about a peaceful solution.
