Efforts to re-open Highway 97 between Peachland and Summerland came to a halt today after crews discovered another problem. Crews have been clearing debris from the slide area since last weekend and there was a strong possibility having the highway open by now, but as Kelly Hayes reports, it's back to square one following the opening of another large crack in the hillside.
