Friend of Bruce McArthur victim speaks out after reading impact statement

Nadia Wali said that she would remember Selim Esen, one of eight victims of accused serial killer Bruce McArthur, as a kind and inquisitive man, speaking to Global News outside a Toronto courthouse on Tuesday where family, friends and community organizations continue to read victim impact statements at McArthur's sentencing.
