Flawed system: Canada’s family reunification program comes under fire

People are criticizing an Immigration and Citizenship Canada program that allows for parents and grandparents to be reunited with Canadian citizens and permanent residents. As Global’s Amanda Jelowicky reports, only about a third of those who tried accessing the application form succeeded.
