Peterborough County Council get first look at 2019 draft budget

With an initial 9 percent increase, the Peterborough County 2019 draft budget came in a little heavy.
But since October, staff and the management team have been hard at work crunching numbers to keep the budget in check.
As Jesse Thomas reports a much lighter version of the draft budget was presented to council Wednesday morning to mark the start of the budget consultation process.
