Montreal public health wants carbon monoxide detectors made mandatory in public institutions

Tue, Jan 15: Dr. David Kaiser, a physician with Montreal’s Public Health Department, says he wants the province to make carbon monoxide detectors mandatory in schools, hospitals and other public institutions. As Anne Leclair explains, only daycare centers and senior residences must be equipped with carbon monoxide detectors.
