YEG Burger makes beef smokie in the Global Edmonton kitchen (3/3)

Chef Emad Elshmoury of Yeg Burger joined Kent Morrison and Kevin O’Connell to make his jalapeno and cheddar-infused original beef smokie, which is topped with mayo, YEG sauce, tomatoes and onions.
